John was a no-show on the first day he was expected. On the second day he came out with a three person team, and after less than an hour declined to perform the work and walked off the job. This left us in a lurch to find someone new quickly, but since he had not accepted a down payment there was no money exchanged, so in that sense there was "no harm no foul", hence the C grade instead of an F.

The 1st time he walked us through fixing the issue over the phone to save us money and the second time he came to our home to fix it just out of the kindness of his heart! Very honest and great person! Would recommend him to family and friends 100%!

I called around and John the plumber was the most gracious on the phone was able to meet my schedule and his price was excellent he came out to the house installed a new hot water heater and was gone in about two and a half hours everything was fine

They came early on the day scheduled, evaluated what needed to be done and were able to supply the parts and return later that day to complete the project .
