Aaron came out on a Wednesday and by the following Sunday our home was already listed.  We left for vacation that day and were notified by Tuesday that we had several offers.  Aaron handled everything so professionally we just sat back and enjoyed our vacation.  His superior knowledge of home loans and former construction experience made him hands down one of the best agents I have ever dealt with.  We had the confidence that we were in good hands and were able to focus our attention on the stressful job of moving out.

The first thing that comes to mind is man that was EASY!  Aaron located a great duplex to purchase as my first investment property in the state of Washington for my wife and I.  He walked us through the process from start to finish, explained every process in detail and what he was doing for us, negotiated EXTREMELY well on the price, terms, and repairs to be made by the seller!  Another quality Aaron posesses is his knowledge of the area.  He gave us loads of information on various areas we were considering making it a lot easier to narrow down the neighborhoods we wanted to focus on.  The escrow period was smooth and I never once felt like I was at a loss from being an out-of-state buyer/investor.  Once the property closed Aaron oversaw the work that needed to be completed by a contractor to get both units rent-ready.  Once they were ready he took on the management of the property and found two great tenants that have paid their rent perfectly so far (6 months later) and he takes care of everything!!  All we do is sit back and wait for the deposit to roll into our bank account every month.  I write this review because it would be unethical not to share about the quality Real Estate Broker Aaron is but to be truthful I would rather keep him to ourselves because he's truly a goldmine that we have been able to tap into for this investment and more to come in the future.  From the heart Aaron thank you for taking my family's investing to another level!
