Description of job listed on Home Advisor: Property has a 1000-gallon Septic installed according to the business that pumped the septic in November 2018 prior to me purchasing. No known issues with septic system. I do not know where the Drain Field is located, and Tacoma Health Department informed me there is not an As-built on file. I got the Health Department to sign off prior to purchasing the property (not easy process). Is there a way to run a camera through the exit in the tank (I know where it is) to locate the Drain Field. Or other method(s). I would also need a drawing that meets Tacoma Health Department requirements as to the location of the Drain Field. Thoughts, and I hope this is read prior to calling.************* 1st Charge $396.94 Uncovered the Inlet and Out Vales. Ran his camera through the Outlet Valve and stated there was a ?break by the Plum Tree and rocks in the line near the Distribution Box. 2nd Visit ? Onsite to provide a Bid to complete the job . Steve, Anthony?s assistant provided a Bid of $1300 to Dig three holes with a backhoe, run camera through Distribution Box to the two separate Drain Field (Leach Lines), repair break by plum tree and rocks in line. 3rd Visit ? Anthony and Steve came onsite with a small backhoe. Dug 1st hole by Plum tree, no break in line and covered up the hole. Dug 2nd hole above Distribution Box to expose the PVC that had rocks in the line. No rocks blocking the line. PVC intact. Cut hole in PVC to run camera and measure distance. He did not Dig the 3rd hole. He said it was not necessary. It would be the same distance as Hole #2. The hole in the PVC (Distribution Box) was repaired. I asked if he was allowed to install an RV Dump, he said yes but there would be an additional charge to dig the hole and add the RV Dump. We agreed on $400. He made a repair to the PVC. NO refund on 3rd Visit with Backhoe (2076.70). He left me in a position was worse. I paid for a service that was completely misrepresented

Arrived quick, fixed the problem, and invoice was reasonable.

Called for a clogged double kitchen drain. Steve showed up within an hour and quickly fixed the problem and even went in crawl space to check the drain pipe. He even found a new customer coupon which saved us almost $200. Very professional, quick on the job and a joy to do business with.

Jetter Plumbing reached out to me the same day I got in touch with Home Advisor. They were able to send Jordan out that afternoon. He looked at the job, we discussed the best possible installation options, and less than an hour later a water line to the icemaker/refrigerator was installed! We couldn't be happier! The water pipe between my house and the meter sprung a bad leak, and water was coming out of my lawn. I put my info into HomeAdvisor, and hit the submit button. Within minutes Anthony from Jetter Plumbing called me. Two hours later Jared came out and gave me an estimate. The next day they had my pipe changed out and the water turned back on. Amazing! Exceeded all expectations! I highly recommend them.

They charged me $530 less than Innovative and did the same job. Also found other problems with my plumbing and I will be calling them back.
