Since these new owners took over, the service has gone downhill continually. They can't seem to keep on schedule, work has gotten sloppy (cut lawn too short) and then we get billed for mowings that they didn't do at all. They have billed us 3 months in a row now for services NOT rendered. Since I complained to them this time, they have chosen to stop services completely. That's OK with us, but I wonder how many other customers have been scammed by over-charging? My neighbors are not happy with them also. (Three neighbors have used them for years. Previous owners were GREAT!)
