My husband and I were faced with a short-notice move. We contacted Integrity Realty and had them come out and do a walk-through of the property for a rental estimate. They were able to get out to our house the very next day, which was awesome. They arrived promptly and were professional and polite. After the inspection, they got back with us quickly with an estimate of monthly rent. After we were all moved out, we contacted Integrity and they took over for us. They kept in contact with us, either by phone or email, letting us know what repairs, clean-up, etc. needed to be done. We were surprised how quickly they were able to get a tenant screened and moved in. We have been very satisfied with everything they've done, so far. Things moved along a lot faster than we were expecting, which was outstanding, because we thought it would take a lot longer to get a renter into the house. Really, we have had no complaints with their service. I would definitely recommend them to anyone I know in that area who is in need of a property management company. It's been a very good experience for us, so far.
They charge 10% of the rental income per month, plus a $300 initial fee to open an account for repairs and such. If you want them to, they take care of all the maintenance requirements, handling the utilities, and so on. I'm glad we chose this company to handle our home. It really has taken the burden of an out-of-state mortgage off our shoulders.

Only negative is that the website could be more professional.
