HONEY BUCKET

They were great both times. I would suggest them to anyone needing the type of services they provide.

We wanted to rent a Honey Bucket as we only have one toilet in our house and we would be having 10 people over the weekend. Setting up the logistics was pretty easy (and the price for rental was fair) but that's where the okay part of the service ended.
We were told the toilet would be dropped off on Wednesday, without a specific time given. We, literally, waited around all day long with no communication and no drop off. We called around 3pm and asked when we could expect it, they said between 4-4:30pm. 5:30 pm rolls around and we contact them again. They had dropped the Honey Bucket off at some other address (without verifying with the home owner that they ordered the toilet) and left it in their driveway. They homeowners called and notified them off this and they did nothing about it. At 6pm we called to see when/if one would arrive for us and were told that if he and quot;hurriedand quot; he could and quot;maybeand quot; make it there in an hour and a half. At this point, we just cancelled the service and decided to try and make due.
Later that night, our visitors said they saw a Honey Bucket sitting in a neighbor's driveway a couple houses down and across the street (aha! that's where it was!). We saw them at 11:30am in the morning picking it up from the poor people's house. They had to sit with something they didn't order in their driveway all day and night. Absolutely terrible customer service. Thank goodness it wasn't for a special event or because our plumbing was broken. And now I need to make something as an apology to our neighbors for the mistake made by Honey Bucket. There better not be any issues with cancelling the bill or there will be a further review.
