MY LETTER TO SCOTT.... OWNER Scott, I am attaching the scenario of the terrible customer service events that occurred at my scheduled repairs on October 10. This is my follow up letter to the attached complaint.... I sent to Cory Twiss on Thursday..... after your team left without performing your contract obligations ( below) SUMMARY: When Mike ( your manager of CT sealcoating ) set my date for service, I asked him to please notify me if there were any change orders ASAP We were set for Oct 10 at 730 AM I live in NYC I left at 4 AM to be here on time for CS At 7: 25 I called Mike to confirm that his men were on the way. He told me that the machine was leaking and he was sending another crew that would arrive around 10:00. Since you open early ...Mike had to know the night prior that the machine was leaking.....NO CALL TO ME Why didn't he CALL ME…. to let me know the problem? I am calling HIM…... when the team should be here in 5 minutes When was I going to find out about the change order? Mike informs a new team will be at my home at 10 00 NO SHOW NO CALL TO LET ME KNOW OF DELAY I call MIKE AGAIN…. at 10 30 Mike informs me now..... the men are coming at 12 30. No show At 1 :15 a woman calls to tell me that your crew will arrive in 1/2 hour at 2 pm….now 7 hours later. I hired a consultant who worked for me at The White House from O&G. He arrived at 7:30 to oversee your workers. He was paid $500 to remain until 12:30 Your team never showed up…... until 7 hours later You sent three girls...ages 20-25 …who were your "expert technicians" sent to repair the cracks all over my property.... of roads and gardens over 200 acres They did not even have the courtesy to say hello....let alone get out of the truck to be professional. Only one laborer spoke to me... the older girl ...who I explained that the weeds and debris had to be removed from cracks before installing the hot tar. Then they could proceed She said that was no problem.... Your" foreman"...said not one word to me. I am assuming it was a family member. No one would hire such an unprofessional young person to represent this" prestigious business." Their equipment was a backpack blower versus an air compressor or grinder to remove weeds and debris from the cracks At 4 pm I went to check on your team….and they were no where to be found No one came to look for me or two tell me they were leaving .... without performing the contract.... which I paid in good faith via AMEX . You told me that Ed... the estimator... who created the quote.... would be here. NO SHOW How do three young children know where to locate 20 cracks over 20 acres of gardens and roads in 3 hours? I had to head back to Manhattan at rush hour Did not make me happy. As former Director for The White House, Windsor Castle and Disney, I am clearly aware of experienced labor and skilled craftsman. I have attached the link to my gardens built by myself and my Papa over forty years from a parking lot so you can understand the quality of construction. Business is about how you treat customers It is respectful and good business to let the customer know what is going on A-1 Sealcoat website states "Our team of highly skilled and licensed pavers are equipped with the latest equipment and industry knowledge to tackle any commercial paving project, big or small." Excellent work, I am extremely happy the job. The extension increased my usable parking area and allows me to park three vehicles in my drive now. The new drain that they installed is far superior to the original drain.

I received a quote from Global Paving LLC that was very fair. The price was very competitive and Cliff the estimator was very knowledgable in all aspects of asphalt driveways. I was able to schedule in my service right away. They showed up on time as scheduled. The crew was very professional and friendly thru out the entire process, one of the gentlemen made sure to review the finished driveway with me to wich I was very pleased with. The new driveway looked fresh and amazing. I will be hiring them to come back in the fall to sealcoat the new driveway.i will also be highly recommending them to my many friends and neighbors

Cliff did an amazing job and they were fast and so helpful. They arrived in the morning as planned and completely repaved my driveway and added an area for my kids to play basketball. They were great.
