I ARRIVED JUST BEFORE MY SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT. THE GENTLEMAN WENT RIGHT TO WORK ON OUR CAR. HE HAD ESTIMATED IT WOULD TAKE APPROXIMATELY 1.5 HOURS TO DO THE WORK AND IT WAS DONE WITH IN THAT TIME QUOTED.

WE WERE ABLE TO SCHEDULE THE SERVICE ON A SATURDAY AFTERNOON WITH MOBILE SERVICE. SO, WE SCHEDULED A TIME AND WALT MAYNE CAME TO OUR HOUSE AND REPLACED THE WINDSHIELD. HE DID A GREAT JOB AND IT WAS SO CONVENIENT FOR US. THIS WAS DONE ON 1-21-05 AND WE HAVE HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH THE WINDSHIELD SINCE THEN. WALT WAS COURTEOUS, PROFESSIONAL AND QUICK. GLASS WORKS ALSO TOOK OUR DEDUCTIBLE AMOUNT DUE FOR OUR INSURANCE AND HANDLED GETTING THE REMAINING AMOUNT DUE FROM OUR INSURANCE AGENCY SO IT WAS EXTREMELY EASY FOR US.
