+ -1 moreExcellent response and repair❗️Chuck showed up on time which was greatly appreciated since it was 40* outside and 52* in my house. He diagnosed and repaired the furnace in about an hour. Chuck was professional, polite, and neatly dressed in his company uniform. I am very impressed by this company’s response and service. I highly recommend this company with out reservation‼️

+ -1 moreIt went great. The guy showed up shortly into the promised pick-up window and was done well before the end of it. He was patient with me as I went over the fine print and the scrape marks he had noted. The car arrived at its destination with no damage.
Description of Work: I hired a freight forwarder to transport my car from Seattle to Massachusetts and they contracted the door-to-terminal towing work to Gene's Towing Inc.

+ -1 moreMy van got in an accident and was completely wrecked. After getting home I called Gene's Towing to pick up my van. The price they quoted was good enough to stop calling around. I wasn't going to be around, so they charged my card up front. After they dropped the car off they realized they had over charged me for the work done and credited my card. That's very honorable and a rare trait nowadays.
Description of Work: Towed a wrecked van to my home.
