Installation was scheduled six days in advance. No time window was provided other than "installer will
call approximately half an hour before arrival". We heard nothing by 4 pm so we called them. Customer service for installation checked and told us we were still on the schedule for that day and that installer would contact us as soon as he finished his current appliance install. No one called. At 6:30 pm we called them again and this time we were told the installation had been rescheduled for two days later and nothing else could be done about it. The reason given was that they don't work in our area on Wednesday (the scheduled day). This is the worst service we have experienced from a major retailer. The installations are handled by a third party company, but that's no excuse for making a promise, having your customers waiting all day at home and then not showing up to do the job. We do NOT recommend BestBuy's appliance installation service.

Lots of frustration with the TV stand (no hardware included in the box) so we had to go back again to return it. Then the replacement (floor model) stand's bottom shelf exploded into glass on my rug when we tightened the screws. Many trips back and forth yet they didn't give up and made sure we was satisfied. They gave us a credit for our inconvenience. They worked with us, not against us. And no charge to fix the stand that exploded.
