Bob came out today to pump my septic tank for the first time in my new home. He did a great job. He was patient to answer my many questions and give advice as this was my first time ever dealing with a septic tank. I have other neighbors that use them so they come highly recommended. Thank-you so much Flo Hawks!

Old septic backed up. Called for pumping, got service within 6 hours, at nearly 8 pm. Found pipe was badly clogged. The guy with the snake was here early, at 9 am. While snaking, he found the pipe was broken. Because tech was unable to completely clear the line (due to the break), though he did remove a lot of debris he discounted the estimated rate by two-thirds. Both techs showed me the damages as they described them, so I clearly understood the issues. I was disappointed that I had to wait two days for the pipe repair. The sales rep did not return my calls or emails asking for an estimate of cost and time to complete. I was calling other services when I heard back from him. However, later that morning a crew was here, and within two hours the entire repair was completed for the rate I had been quoted. I will call Flohawks in the future as I continue to renovate my old house.

Operator spent 3 to 4 hours in his truck waiting on other things to happen like pumper truck or a line jetting truck. Actual work was 4 or 5 hours. Charge for labor was time on site to include lunch break (9 hours). Once 8 hours past operator got in a rush and did a partial job of backfilling the holes that were dug. When I signed off on his work sheet I ask if they were going to cover the septic tank. He replied his boss told him to leave it uncovered. Two days past, then I called Kevin who set up the job to check into it. He said he would. That was March 30, still waiting today on May 11 for a response. Needless to say I filled it in myself. Once I was obligated to pay them customer service seemed to end.

Plumber arrived earlier than expected and explained the hourly rate and services he would perform. He had to locate and dig up the septic tank lid. It turned out to just be a main line clog which he snaked without a problem. He billed their fixed rate for cleaning out the main line as it was less expensive than 2 hours labor would have been. It's still a lot of money but I guess that's how much this kind of work costs and it was not something I was familiar enough to fix myself.

11/21The first person dug a hole to one of the septic tank covers and verified that the tank needed to be pumped.  Cost = $196
11/22 The second person dug holes to the other two covers, pumped the tank and told me that repair work would need to be done Cost = about $650
The third person contacted me, I expected work to start the Friday after Thanksgiving but when I contacted him again he said he was on vacation and referred me to a fourth person who never gave me a definite answer on work to be done or an estimate of what it would cost.  Despite several calls and texts requesting this information, I have not heard from them since 12/1.

Long story...they performed the work requested and the technicians did a fine job as far as I know. Terrible customer service, pricey for the work but under a deadline and had to keep going. Biggest issue was the very difficult customer service experience along the way and cannot recommend.

The work was good but they had to cut my driveway open and when they replaced the driveway it was amazing. I scheduled multiple appointments to get them to come out for a repair after that and he never showed up. He finally showed up and said he could complete the repair but it took so long to do my septic tank I did not want to take the time to wait for them.

They showed up on time. Their prices were as advertised and I was happy with them. I went with them because of their reputation. They showed up when they said they would. They completed their work when they said they were going to and everything was fine. They left the place in good order. They did a good work. The price was competitive. Everything was good about them so you can put B's down the road.

Asbuilt showed system has a septic pump. Office and driver did not believe I had a pump. I had tank pumped. Than a week later water was higher than it was suppose to be, so I had to use asbuilt and find the septic pump myself. at this time I called them back out to work on the pump. They sent a pump truck out and charged me $225 to pump what could not of been 100 gallons in this small sump area. I really feel this should of been done at the first pumping. They do good work I just feel I was not treated fairly and over charged.

They got it running and made sure electrical was good. The pump did fail again a few days later and my husband was able to fix the problem. Trouble free since.

The toilet in my upstairs bathroom was backed up and I wasn't sure what the problem was. Water was backed up in the garage deep sink also. I called them and they got a service rep right out. He discovered that my pump was turned off and my septic was full and needed pumping. They came out and pumped out the system quickly and all is working great.

Septic tank alarm sounded so I called FloHawks. They scheduled a technician for the following morning between 08:00 - noon. I was called about 11:15 saying the repair person would be late. He arrived at 12:15, not very late but we did have to wait all morning. The technician found a problem with the float and corrected it right away. The problem was been resolved. We also appreciated the senior discount.

Very well. They had to remove 90% of my lower patio. In addition they moved quite a bit of heavy equipment around my back yard.
All in all the disruption to the work site was much less than expected. They also did a good job of back filling, hauling away debris and cleaning up as best they could.
We were very satisfied with the work and the price. In addition, I found the men that did the work very professional and knowledgeable. I appreciate that they took the time to explain exactly what they were going to do. No surprises.

Septic system plugged up and needed tank pumped on a sunday. We were very pleased with the service and the wonderful tech who came out. Service man made a very unpleasant situation pleasant. He was a pleasure to work with.
