Plumbing
The sewer line from our house to main line was clogged after we were back from 2 months vacation. Googled and hired FloHawks at Puyallup. They said will send guy fix next day at 4pm, waited until 7pm, guy showed up shut a water host in for 30 minutes. Charged $406 said because it’s flat rate from 30 minutes to 5 hours, is that why spent 30 minutes to work? After 4 days, the sewer line was clogged again. Called, guy answered that have to charge again. Asked about warranty since only been 4 days, guy said they will come fix again if only been 2 DAYS. The plumber said 30 days warranty when he came, but the operator only 2 days. The operator said they will passed to local office to call me back, NEVER CALL BACK. I used $22 drain opener to open up the line, never call their service again.
