"What a difference this remodel made in these clients primary living space. They wanted us to remove a long wall primarily dividing the rooms they spend the most time in and also move their existing kitchen from the middle of the space to the end of the room where they previously had their family room. This enlarged the kitchen and allowed for a nice long island as well making their primary living space far more usable for them and much more entertaining friendly. It opened up the living room and enlarged the kitchen. It did turn out beautifully, and we hope they will be happily sharing this newly refreshed living space with all their family and friends for years to come."

"I am so disappointed in this review. I worked very hard to satisfy this client with her multiple materials and design changes as well as cancellations by the client of scheduled work because she chose not to have workers in her home on certain days, each one causing numerous delays to our scheduled subcontractors and revisions of the entire predetermined work schedule. There were some extenuating circumstances with sudden and unforeseen catastrophic events with our tile setters family members that were beyond my control. but we did everything we could to stay on schedule as much as possible. I am puzzled as to why the client has posted pictures of the uncompleted work in progress and not of the final finished remodel which turned out beautifully and meets our standards that typically earns us an A+ rating as evidenced by our 122 A+ reviews here on Angies List. We did schedule a professional repair of the small cut in the hardwoods, but the client then called and cancelled the repair. The client was informed prior to the work that some of her design changes would result in additional tile and labor costs and she responded she knew "Tilers were expensive " and had us proceed with work so I am not sure why she now presents this as additional charges that she wasn't aware of. As always, with each and every client we strive to keep them informed as we go and our ultimate goal is that once finished the client will not only be satisfied but elated with the results. That is the best we can do."

"This renovation of an existing older view home was a successful collaboration between the clients and our design team and crew. Our clients were highly involved in every aspect of their remodel. "This three story whole house remodel was an extensive two phase project that was a unique and exciting update to the home. Everything turned out warm and inviting, reflecting the clients entertaining home lifestyle in every room. The master bath with its spectacular views and new features resembles a spa like experience for the clients to enjoy. We worked closely with the clients to incorporate their desires and ideas into the overall design and our collaboration resulted in a stunning remodel with some very special features including, a motion detected lighted "Kitty Cave" in the kitchen for the aging cats food and water, and a special room dedicated to gatherings for watching and cheering the Seahawks on to victory with friends. It was so much fun watching it all come together and we couldn't be happier that our clients are loving their revitalized and personalized home."
