THEY STARTED ON TIME, HOWEVER THE DECK WASN'T FLUSH WITH THE BACK DOOR. (REMEMBER WHEELCHAIR RAMP) THEY WANTED TO PUT A RAMP ON THE DECK INTO THE HOUSE. I WAS VERY UPSET BY THIS AS I COULD SEE US TRIPPING OVER THE RAMP, AND THIS WAS NOT WHAT I WAS PAYING FOR. THEY HAD TO TEAR OUT THE ENTIRE FRAMING AND SUPPORT SYSTEM. WE WERE THEN TOLD THAT THEY HAD ANOTHER JOB TO FINISH AND WOULD RETURN IN A FEW DAYS. OUR BACK DOOR IS THE MAIN ENTRANCE AS THIS IS WHERE ALL OUR CARS ARE PARKED. THEY WERE OVER A WEEK LATE FINISHING THE JOB. THEY WERE NOT HAPPY WITH ME, BUT AT THE PRICE I WAS PAYING I WASN'T GOING TO BE HAPPY NOT GETTING THE DECK I PAID FOR.
