We are a small family owned and operated business that has been steam cleaning carpets in and around Puyallup, Tacoma and Pierce County for 11 years. We do not believe in high pressure sales tactics, hidden charges, or over priced services. All our prices include pre-spray cleaning products with a mild deodorizer and truck mounted, hot-water extraction, steam cleaning. Our truck mounted machine cleans with 200 + degrees of steam and has top rated vacuum suction. This ensures you get the best clean possible and a faster dry time. We are licensed & insured, IICRC Certified, and can accept all major credit cards. Tessa called when she was on her way. She was prompt and efficient. Together, we moved a sofa and chair. I had moved everything else. She pretreated the accident spots and steam cleaned the carpets. The light colored carpet turned out very nice! I was so pleased. It had been quite dirty from our four dogs during our dusty, dry summer. Thanks Tessa!

Totally met my expectations. Tessa and Jamieson arrived right on time and they even called first to let me know they were on their way. They introduced themselves, gave me their card, took a tour of the areas to be cleaned and got down to work. They were quick, efficient, thorough, and friendly. It took just about and hour to clean my 5 rooms and the carpet looked great. Price was very reasonable too. Will definitely use again in the future. Highly recommend!

The rating sysytem is not high enough! I would give Evergreen Steam Clean, LLC an A+++ if I could. Jameson and Tessa are an amazing team. We originally had an appointment yesterday but due to a previous client emergency, they gave us 6-7 hour notice ahead of time that we’d reschedule for today. Stellar communication and customer service. They arrived promptly 15 minutes before and were set up in minutes. They were quick yet efficient. My carpets and upholstery look and smell wonderful! I couldn’t be happier! I highly recommend Evergreen Steam Clean, LLC. The price for their services and their great customer service is unbeatable. They have earned a customer for life!

We had a great experience using Evergreen Steam Clean! They were professional, timely and worked quickly. Our carpets looks great and have a neutral clean smell. We are so glad that we found Evergreen Steam Clean! Our long term guy had retired and we were looking for a local company that could take care of move-out carpet cleaning. They replied right away, worked us in and took great care of us. We were so pleased that we have had them return several times and clean carpets when we have units come available. They even came out and extracted water from carpet due to a water heater leak. I can't say enough good things about Tessa and Jameson from Evergreen Steam Clean! They are so professional, so sweet and it was such a pleasure to do business with them. They are extremely responsive when you reach out to them. They were able to get the greasy paw prints off my son’s bedroom carpet. We honestly thought we were going to have to replace the rug in there but with their help it looks great! They are like the businesses of old where integrity and quality meant something!
