They were able to repair the lock instead of having to put in a whole new lock set. The locksmith was efficient and pleasant and the work was well done.

The owner and his technician exceeded my expectations evidenced by trouble shooting unexpected technical issues and not charging me over their initial quotation. As a new client I am impressed by their exceptional efforts to satisfy my needs. I rate ESI as a far superior security company to the norm.

The workers were not very experienced but finally figured out the problems they were having installing new hardware. The hole drilled in the door frame was not exactly perfect but is OK for our old house.

A week or so ago I called ESI because the system started a soft beeping. I pressed a button and it stopped. The person I spoke with had me press different buttons, etc. and everything seemed to work ok. He said that the technician would call me in the
morning. He did call when he said he would and came to my home within 30 minutes. He checked everything. He called the wireless provider and the soft beeping was caused by a very short interruption in service when the provider had worked on it. 
I am very pleased that ESI took this incident seriously and dealt with it so promptly.

I had a door in my house with an old lock I couldn't find a replacement for. ESI was prompt and professional. I have had some shady looking locksmiths show up before, but this company is a class act and right on price point with all the other locksmiths in town for the same service. They even gave me coupons to get a couple free keys made at their shop for the future. I will use them again in the future and highly recommend.

Leo was a life saver--
After being duped by an unlicensed locksmith--into spending alot of money for shoddy work Leo and his employees were able to expediently and effectively assist me in ensuring the safety of my family.I spoke to Leo on the phone and he was at my home with one of his locksmiths within an hour.
He was able to rekey (and correctly install) all of the locks the first person installed and even rekeyed and reinstalled a lock that I was told (dishonestly) could NOT be rekeyed.
After having been duped the night before I was somewhat drained and nervous- but Leo immediately made me feel at ease. It was quickly apparent (as compared to the previous and quot;locksmithand quot; ) that Leos guy was skilled and adept.
Sure, the work was done well- but honestly, that is not the great thing here for me because doing good work-- should be the rule and not the exception-- what is great here was that he responded quickly, attentively and left me feeling SAFE in my home-- which unfortunately was a feeling that was taken from me previously. Furthermore, while he was there he pulled out his computer and SHOWED me how to look up contractors and businesses online to verify that they are licensed and legitimate.

ESI Security was the only locksmith we could find in our area with weekend hours. They quickly replaced the 4 deadbolts as needed on Saturday. Don, their technician was professional and courteous. Price was a little high but it was the weekend.

I ended up with a marathon home security installation that took multiple months to finally get working as planned due to unexpected complexity issues, but ESI never gave up -- they were always amenable to come back to my house, and tackled the issues with complete professionalism. I was impressed the whole way.

After getting bids from 4 security companies, ESI had the most competitive cost and knowledgeable staff... AND they said they could achieve what I wanted in a system when 2 of the 4 said what I wanted couldn't even be done (and consequently tried to steer me into products I didn't want or need). Leo, Shane and Joe all made multiple trips to my home to dial in a system that even the manufacturer wasn't helping in trouble-shooting. ESI figured it all out; which was way more complicated than any of us anticipated. They never asked for additional charges and continued to support me until the final vision was achieved.

Superior customer service, and they now know more about this aspect of an X-10 system than the manufacturer does. Way to go, guys. thanks again!

They were good. They got here about half an hour sooner than they had told me, which was nice especially since it was on a late Friday afternoon. They workers who came out were very professional. There was no problem in recognizing them since they came in a truck that had all the necessary information on it. The guy who came here was in uniform and had identification so I was not concerned about letting him inside the house. They have high ratings on Angies list and were good enough for me. I felt that their price was fair and honest for what they did. I was very satisfied and I would recommend this company to anyone else.

We requested an appointment for one day and liked the estimate. They were back the next day and spent approximately 3-hours installing all of the new equipment and explaining the system to us. We are very pleased with the results. We even know it works - this caused by exploding bread dough in the kitchen while we were away! Great clean and fast work.

Called ESI and made appointment with Shane, but day of appointment, no one showed up. I took time off from work for this appointment. Upon calling ESI, Shane was on vacation and Joe did not find my appointment, but came out immediately and arrived within an hour of my original appointment. Apparently, my appointment was on Shane's calendar. None the less, Joe completed the activation of my alarm monitoring system. My house previously was monitored by another company ten plus years ago, so the wiring was in place, but Joe updated the keypads (I purchased a second keypad) and adjusted the existing equipment to ESI's specifications. Even though Joe had a late start, he stayed until the system and alarms worked and tested good. Inspite of the appointment mixup, the job was completed on the scheduled day. I'm satisfied with the work done by Joe, and hoping I'll be satisfied with the 3 year alarm monitoring.

I needed locks changed on the Friday before the holiday weekend. My fault it was last minute. I had people moving in that same day and I had forgotten this one small detail. I called 3 other companies who: 1) wouldn't be able to come out to the property until after the long weekend and 2) quoted estimates with a some extra charges. I called ESI around 9:30 a.m. that Friday, and they were at my rental property about an hour later. The locksmith showed up exactly when he said he would. I showed him what I wanted and he got right to work. We even had a small issue with the locks on one of the doors. The locks didn't match the one key. Since I didn't realize this was important and hadn't mentioned it on the phone, the locksmith did not have a new lock on his truck. However, he offered to install the whole new lock and handle at no extra charge if I wanted to run down to the hardware store. With McLendons down the street and renters moving in the same day, I took the deal. From start to finish, he was done in an hour. The person who answered the phones and the gentleman who performed the work were both polite, professional and did what they said they would do. That sounds very basic, but that doesn't happen all the time in service related businesses. The cost was reasonable as well. I would use them again without hesitation.

We originally contacted ESI to replace an outside door lock. They were prompt, efficient and knowledgeable. They explained all the options and choices, along wit the cost differences and pros and cons of each. The work they ultimately did was outstanding. Based on this experience, my wife engaged them in a conversation about reactivating an old alarm system in our house. Again, they were very knowledgeable, and explained what would be needed update the system to be operational. Later, during the the installation, we decided to add several more components to enhance the system. When Shane priced out the system, he informed us that we could install a new alarm with much greater capabilities for the same price. This actually resulted in more work and time for him, which he did not charge us for. Very commendable - this is how you gain and keep customers. It is also easy to understand how other "big-name" companies charge more for the exact same service. It's a great feeling to find a company that you can trust with an important job, like ESI. They are permanently in our address book, and I've already recommended them to friends and coworkers.

Altho they had some difficulties arriving when originally arranged, they were prompt in calling as soon as they realized they'd be late to explain the circumstances for the delay. He arrived with a fully equipped van and obviously knew exactly what he was doing. He replaced the doorknob and deadbolt locks on three of our doors in our new house. He was fast and cheerful. I've had several sets of keys made by them since and the keys always work well(not always true with hardware store keys!)
