Fantastic! He was the first one who called from your suggested list. He was able to get the job done the next day! Super friendly and explained everything thoroughly to where I could understand it. (Layman’s terms) He and his apprentice were very professional. He is the sole owner of his business. I’d rather use guys like him than the Big name brand folks who are on billboards and/or TV commercials. Hats off to Dennis and his Emerald State Electric company!!! I would use him again and will refer to friends and family.

Dennis and his team are fantastic. I have had Emerald State Electric come out to our house on multiple occasions to help get new outlets installed for everything from ceiling fans to new kitchen construction. They have been responsive to requests, show up when expected, and their work has been consistently excellent. If and when I need electrical work done again, I'll be calling them back.

We couldn't have been more pleased with the way the job went. Brady responded to our initial outreach immediately and met us at the site later that same day. He quickly grasped the scope of the project and our need for a speedy completion. He started work the day before he predicted he would and finished the job on the day he promised he would. The work was done in a very professional manner. I didn't have a chance to meet Dennis, but did have occasion to deal with him on the phone and through e-mails. We was also very professional and very good to deal with.

The electrician Brady, showed up on time each day or let us know of any delay. He worked hard while on the job. He was very careful not to damage the walls when he was replacing the wall boxes and running wire. He let us know of any damage or areas of concern. He also made sure that we had power in the house when he left for the evening. The job was completed on schedule and on budget. Brady did an excellent job while working and cleaned up after the job. There was a concern about the wiring when we had people come to insulate our house, Dennis & Brady responded the same day to the concern that there was still live wire. Brady tested the circuits and those wires were dead. I have already told others about the excellent service Emerald State Electric did for us. I would not hesitate to call them again for any electrical work. We have had issues with other contractor before. They exceeded our expectations and were pleasant to work with.

They gave me a fair estimate. When they came out it was more work than what was anticipated. The employee did a nice job with the extra work, with no extra charges. I was very happy about that. They did a wonderful job.

Service was scheduled same day. Electrician called giving me an arrival time of 2:30 and was at the house exactly at 2:30. Polite and professional.

We were told by another contractor that our electrical box was shot and would need to buy a new $5000 electrical box. The Emerald State contractor (Dennis) we dealt with said this was not necessary. He said all we needed to do was to replace and reroute a few breakers. He did this for us at a fraction of the cost of the new electrical box. Thank you Emerald State Electric, You are my go to guys for all electrical problems.

Emerald City Electric has been absolutely fantastic to work with. I recently purchased a home with some electrical issues and Dennis took the time to walk me through the options that I had to improve the safety of the existing wiring, as we continue to work through the process of rewiring this home. For the work itself Brady has been phenomenal. The panel replacement took two days due to the age and construction of the home, but Brady worked to ensure that we were not without power overnight. His work was clean and quick and professional. When the new electric panel didn't fix the dead outlets in the laundry room I had Brady come back to add two circuits and replace a few outlets in the rest of the house. Again, his work was quick and professional, and he called to check to ensure that he was okay opening part of the ceiling to run wire for the overhead lights in the room. We have quite a bit more work to do in the house, and I won't hesitate to call Emerald State again.

The owner, Dennis, was awesome. He came and looked at everything and calmed my fears. He had his guys out there in a few days and they got the job done within just one day's work.

The first visit appeared to fix the issue but after 2-hours it popped again. I was able to contact the owner directly (he also makes the appointments) and he promptly responded that he, himself, would come the next day to figure it out (at no add'l charge). He spent 1+hours of his own time to make it a satisfactory visit and we found the real issue. He was hospitable, explained what he was doing to educate me as the homeowner and REALLY got customer service!
