Description of Work: My insurance company sent them out to do cleanup and remove 1100 sq foot of flooring, remove and label trim and clean up damage. The young men that came did not have proper tools to remove trim, and were not trained to properly remove trim, therefore broke many pieces of trim. This trim had never been remove before so had no prior stress. The trim was not removed professionally, therefore unusable. The workers set wet cleaning products on woodwork, and were not properly trained. When the clean up job did not seem finished, they promised to come back out with another tripe of “spray” but never showed before the new floor installers arrived. They took a rug to be cleaned and forgot to return it, requiring me to make several calls, adding to the stress of broken trim, mislabeled trim, and not following up on promises. Once they promised to come back to remove about two more feet of flooring, they never called telling me they did not have the tool and eventually I hired someone else to finish the job. Additionally, they sprayed the cleaning product on my gas stove rewetting me to remove the paint and re-pant, costing me additional money. They refused me admit they over sprayed, but i have photos of before and after.
