They did a lot of work for a very reasonable price, and Mike was a pleasure to work with. Very above board and honest. He even used a special product that I provided to help clean out my drainfield. I appreciate his integrity and flexibility.

The service was amazing! From the initial phone call for a quote to the completion of the job. The whole family was polite, courteous and just plain nice. After having another plumbing company come out and assess that my septic tank was full, I called to get quotes, they were not only the lowest in price but when I asked for same day service they were able to get it done. Would definitely recommend to anyone who needs septic work.

Overall, very pleased. Prompt return of phone calls and came out to give estimate on a holiday weekend. Arrived In a timely fashion to perform the job. Clearly explained the issue and the steps for fixing it. I felt comfortable that he was being honest with me and was not performing work that was unnecessary. The work was completed on schedule and they cleaned up and restored as much of our grass as they could. Invoice came in as quoted. Easy process and nice folks. Would definitely use them again.

It was a big job. They were really good. They were prompt. You have to get permits. You have to wait for inspections to happen. So a lot of it doesn't fall on them as far as time frame. They did it in a timely manner but it takes time to get that type of thing done because you have to get permits, then you have inspectors who inspect your work. When they inspect your work, then it has to be signed off by the health department. It is not a one week deal; it takes two or three weeks to get.  They are wonderful. They were lower than other people. They are a small office but they are really good.  You don't have to be big to be good. You have a cellphone and can contact them anytime during the process.

Originally had Mike come out to look at what I thought would have to be a new drain field, due to slow drainage. He gave me a quote of around 4,000 to replace the drainfield, which I agreed to. When the day came and he started digging, he determined it was simply a years old D-box that had basically fallen apart. He re built the box, determined the drain field was still good, vacuumed out the lines, and built risers over my access port to the septic (no more digging). He ended up charging me about half of his quote. I was impressed with the work, and I am happy to be flowing again. Hopefully, I will not need them again, but if I do, I will not hesitate to call.

They evaluated my system and recommended a couple of ways to fix the drain field. They were knowledgeable and helpful. I would recommend them.

It was a bit difficult to get Brian out for an assessment because he had a fairly busy schedule, but he showed up with an as-built diagram and lots of knowledge. It took a good week to get the job scheduled (again he was very busy) but the crew showed up at 9:30 AM promptly as agreed and was very prepared. They were extremely professional, fast, and efficient. They were completely done with the job in 3 hours. They dug out the tank that was buried 3.5 feet down first. They then replaced bad 60 year old outflow pipe that had broken, and cased PVC inside the remaining good pipe to prevent future collapse. They installed a riser to bring the access port up to grade, and installed a clean out port to add root killer to prevent future damage in the area. They also jetted the entire system to make sure it was free from roots and debris, and added a bio treatment to the drain field. These guys certainly know what they are doing, and they even charged me less than they quoted (by about $200.)

Called economy septic service at 8am after my septic alarm went off and they arrived at around 2 pm. These guys are really good at their job and found the cover in my yard by feel and inspected both openings (and didn't that smell!). It took a bit to diagnose the problem but finally determined that the pump was not functioning. They replaced the pump using new piping and reset my alarm and put lids back on and left the yard with minimal damage and put up with my questions as I watched them work--a real learning experience for me...in a couple of mows you won't even be able to tell they dug it up. I feared this was going to be horribly messy, a horrible destruction of my yard and cost more than I was comfortable with. But, the cost was reasonable, they were here 2 1/2 hours, they were very professional, they were careful to keep their intrusion to a minimum and I have them coming back to put raised lids on the tank so next time there will be no hunting needed. I highly recommend economy septic service, inc. They are now my go to guys for my septic needs. As it says on the side of their truck..."the #1 guys in the #2 business".

I called a plumber for what I thought was a toilet issue. He came out and discovered a septic smell, and said that was the problem. I called Economy, because they did the inspection when I bought the house. Brian Smith (owner) had all the maps and documents from that inspection. He came out to see what the problem was within 1.5 hours. He realized it was significant when he dug down and looked. Made appt for Tuesday to come out (this was a Friday). Advised to conserve water. Well, then we had Snowmageddon, and he needed to be able to see the ground--both visually and for the sake of his instruments that scan below ground. Unfortunately, and through no fault of his, took more than a week to get out and do the work. He came out when he said he would, and within 3 hours was all done with this very substantial work. He let me know how it was going when he determined what was going on, showed me, explained to me. I didn't get to shop around for price, so I can't say if he's the least expensive or whatever. The price seemed reasonable given the huge amount of work done. He was a pleasure to work with. I'd hire him again w/o a doubt.
