Great job.

Rob showed up when he said he would and met all my expectations in fixing the garage door quickly and stuck to his quoted price. Everything I expected I recieved. I will use him for future work on my garage door.

I remember there was an emergency service and they came out within the same day and replaced the springs as needed, and also did some lubing of the door and so forth. It was over and above what was expected. The guy was very professional.

I can't begin to tell you how impressed I am with Dependable Doors.  I had a broken garage door spring and I had tried for two weeks to get someone from COSTCO to contact me to no avail.  I gave up and called Rob.  He came out right away, replaced my broken springs and performed general maintenance on my whole system to get it in better working condition.  I decided right then and there that I wanted this company to do some further work for me!  I asked Rob to come back and install a new Liftmaster and replace all of the seals.  He came back at the designated time, performed the work, and I couldn't be happier!  I will definitely use this company next year when I replace my current garage door with a new insulated one.  I highly recommend this company!

All the work was done to our satisfaction. I am surprised that the price was not higher.

Overall, we were pleased with this company's service.

I called another service because they were first up on Angies list.  They told me that they had no crews working because of the weather.  I then called Dependable Doors.  The owner answered the phone and told me that he would attempt to make it to my residence, but that it would be early afternoon.  This was fine with me.

Robert Miller arrived about 1:00 PM.  He was able to make the necessary repairs within an hour.  He was incredibly professional, and I was impressed with his work.  He told me that two of his employee's with 2 wheel drive rigs were stuck at home, so he was doing all the calls today. 

I plan on replacing the garage door within a year or so.  He noticed that several of the roller bearings were loud, but didn't try to add to the bill be selling me new ones.  He told me that they would last until I wanted to replace the door.  Dependable Doors is going to get the first bid when it comes time to buy that door.

He did a good job and it works well. My only point of concern was that I got an estimate on the phone and the total was higher than I was quoted. I did have better springs put in. He was good about calling me back.

The receptionist was very courteous when I called for the appointment and scheduled one for the next day. They arrived right on time were very friendly, explained what needed to be done and completed the work within about two hours. They did a great job at a fair price and we would definitely use them again.

The job went very well. I called the company on Monday 3/2 as part of research on price and availability for replacement of a gararge door and of the four companies called, Dependable Doors had the best quote. That same day they had an estimater at my home for measurements and door selection. On Tuesday 3/3, an installer arrived exactly when he was supposed to and completed the entire installation in about five hours. He was very knowledgable about his work and was very professional and friendly. Clean-up was very well done. I talked to three different folks at the company and all of them were very nice and helpful. The cost breakdown (parts & labor) on the job was $560 for the door, $269 for the opener and the $50 disposal fee plus $77.35 tax. The price was right in line with their estimate. One of the things I really liked was that they didn't try to sell me something I didn't want and there was no pressure from any of the people at the company.

They were great. They came when they said they would, their work was fine, and phone calls were always returned promptly. When they finished, there wasn't anything left for me to clean up.

THEY DID FINE, AND THEY DID WHAT HAD TO BE DONE.
