Description of Work: I was overall disappointed in the carpet and upholstery cleaning. I had very high recommendations. Here are the problems: John Davis indicated that he would be doing my cleaning. Did not tell me that someone else would be arriving. John had gone on vacation and had not fully informed the sub that in addition to cleaning carpets and upholstery, he would be steam cleaning a very dirty concrete floor. He seemed confused about that and did not expect to do that.. The problems I experienced were very wet carpets and a chair that took all day and evening to dry. I didn't notice this before he left. He did not extract enough moisture (and thus dirty water). The chair was just very wet. Water was dripped on the hard wood floors and not cleaned up. I was able to wipe most of it up before it did damage, but a few spots turned my floor white. The worker did get the basement floor clean and did a good job there. I was just disappointed as I have not experienced carpets and upholstery being left that wet after cleaning.

Description of Work: I tried Crystal Perfection for first time on 2/23/12. They had a special for 5 rooms + hallway for $124 & I saw lots of postiive reviews here. I asked when they could do it and they had a couple of opportunities, but had just had an opening later that day, which worked great for me. The owner, John Davis, showed up promptly and we discussed the job. He's been doing this for 26 years. Our carpets hadn't been cleaned in several years, and had lots of issues from kids and pets. I opted to add special pet odor/cleaner treatment in two of the rooms ($20 each), so total came to $164. John did a fantastic job. He got almost all the stains out - the carpet looked fantastic. And, the total came to exactly what he said - $164. My wife and I are both very pleased with the service and will use Crystal Perfection again next time. Highly recommended.

 + 0 moreI wasn't at home when the cleaner came so my daughter interacted with him but she had not complaints about the experience and they did a great job.
Description of Work: We had carpet cleaned in two rooms, cleaned a three piece sectional sofa, and had a recurring stain removed in another room.

 + -1 moreI use them exclusively. True steam clean. No carbon dioxide tricks. Doesn't leave a soapy residue like other companies we've tried. Big unit in van, no stupid little machine that is dragged around (i.e., very hot but not too hot for the carpet, and high pressure suction to get rid of all the water - allows for lots of rinsing). Very professional crew. Really goes the extra mile. A new house had a large gun oil stain. They threw everything at it. Lots of high power chemicals. In the end they couldn't lift it all, but they didn't charge me for lots of every time trying! (We ended up getting new carpet). True steam cleaning takes longer to dry than other methods, but it's worth it because there is zero soap residue. The carpet comes out squeaky clean! My parents had them out before selling their house. We all thought there was no way they could save the carpet with all the kid traffic and pet stains. They brought out a carpet buffing machine that made all the fibers stand up again and cleaned it so well, you couldn't tell it was used carpet. Totally amazing.

 + -1 moreJob 1: I have used this company several times and they always do a great job. This time the first guy missed some spots but the owner himself came out the next day and got them. These guys are great. Job 2: This company did a great job getting my carpets clean. I have used I was very impressed and would use them again.
