They were able to come out within one week. The fence was completed in 3-4 days. The only obstacles that caused a delay were the weather (rain go figure) and our neighbors didn't tie up their dogs even though I personally asked them to along with a written letter with dates and contact info. The crew contacted me about the dogs and they left a note on my neighbor's door, they were able to finish the fence the following day.

Update: Todd called me and rectified the situation. I will use them again in the future. The fence is very nice and well constructed.

He showed me that the nail lengths were not long enough, went and got proper length and renailed the boards. He removed two gate boards that were completely warped that previous contractor had put in.
He was top notch, responsive, very professional. He came when he said he would. He gave me an estimate and completed the project early. And he didn't ask for any money until I was satisfied with the work.
