I had Cole’s Painting to come out the first part of August 2021, to paint my two story house. They ruined one security camera and the power adapter on another camera when they power washed my house. I mentioned to Julie and she said well didn’t you tell them to watch out for your electronic camera system and I said no I work from home and was working at the time. That is their job, they should know to mask off the electronic on the outside of the house. She said she would come out and visit me but never showed up like she said she would. She also won’t send me an invoice/receipt after repeated requests. She blew my requests off. I am out $25 for the power adapter for one camera and out $217.55 for the second camera. I paid an IT professional to come out and tell me what was wrong with my cameras that I just bought and had installed prior to the power washing and painting. He said the power supply and the other camera was shorted out due to the power washing as the cameras were under the eves and would not normally be exposed to any water. Let alone water with force. I also tipped Cole’s Painting and extra $200 for their services. I told her about the cameras and she blew me off and didn’t show up. I thought well you could at least give me my tip back. I have a cancelled check for $1500 and $5000 for Cole’s Painting but she won’t send me the receipt. A third camera’s power was knocked off after the power washing but it righted itself after a week. I mentioned it to the lead painter and he didn’t want to hear it said it wasn’t them but he was nowhere around during the power washing. Be warned don’t hire them find someone honest who will do right by you. There are plenty of other painting companies out there that will do the proper protocol. It made for a much more expensive paint job that could have been avoided.
