They are always available when I need somebody to look at one of my properties. They find clients to rent them and also work to keep my properties up. This company keeps an eye on my properties and also handles all the financials. They are a great company to work with and I have never had any complaints. If there are any problems with one of the properties they are right there on the scene to take care of the problem for me and I am always notified immediately. The pricing is competitive with others.
Description of Work: I use Coldwell Banker for property management. Kimberly Coley is the person I work with.
