Best American Roofing Siding & Gutter [a.k.a. BARSG] IS the BEST for the needs of our Ballard Cottage. BARSG replaced the original 1940s roof last year, and this past week, replaced the siding, fixed some worn/rotted areas, and built two new gates and a back fence. For both jobs, BARSG's bids were significantly more cost-effective than the other's... Oscar and the Crew are exceptional; they work efficiently and are knowledgeable problem solvers... Kimberly completes the team, always responding to emails within 24 hours... Next up... new paint! Once that's complete, I'll see about adding a photo or two. Choose them! Found the source of the leak, made a temporary fix and then got a tarp secured over the area. Two workman were at our home the next week to do the full repair. The leakâ s gone. The roof looks great. Oscar did an awesome job on cleaning our gutter and removing moss for us.He also provided some advice on maintenance of our roof. He said he would get the work done in 4 hours but actually it took him more than 6 hours. He didn’t complain about it at all. We are going to make another appointment with him for driveway softwash. Yes, the lady Kimberly who helps with making appointment is also very helpful. Thank you, Best American Roofing, Siding & Gutters team!

Best American Roofing actually lives up to its name. Oscar and Kimberly are easygoing, responsible, authentic, and work with integrity. We needed a full roof replacement on a 1943 Cottage and felt comfortable and safe with the whole process, which can be daunting in Seattle's October weather. Oscar knows what he's doing and guides his crew and subs well. Thank you, thank you! We will use them again in the spring for siding repair.

Oscar, came over to give me a price for roof abs gutter cleaning and look at some downspouts that needed repair. He not only quoted a fair price for the cleaning, but was able to fix the downspouts while he was here for a reasonable price.

Best American Roofing came out to inspect my project and give me an estimate the same day that I contacted them about a leak in my roof. Oscar went up on my roof and into my attic, taking pictures to show me exactly where and why my roof was leaking. I hired him on the spot and he was out the very next morning to repair my roof. He replaced flashing, installed new singles and caulked areas where needed. When he had finished he provided me with pictures of all the completed work. I was impressed with his knowledge and work ethic. I would definitely hire this company again!
