Backhome Tree Service

The provider was called in the morning and he came by early afternoon to assess the stump to make sure he had the equipment to handle it. He did and he got the stump and the roots out and cleaned up afterwards. Charles was very professional and we would be happy to use his company for future tree issues.

On time, on price, very professional.  Would highly recommend and definitely use again.

Called for an estimate and they came two days later as planned.  George was very personable and polite.  I made an appointment that day and they came back while I was at work and removed the tree that I wanted taken out and ground four additional stumps.  The cleaned up beautifully.  I would hire them again.

Backhome Tree Service came the very next day after we called to have an estimate, and this was great!  The 2 other services we called were more than a week out, but did come.  Backhome gave us wonderful information about our trees, and advised us which trees were considered bad for residential living.  Boy were we glad they did.  All three services basically gave the same information, but Backhome gave reasons, ideas, alternatives and simply great customer service.  They were personable, warm and friendly.  Didn't mind answering any of our crazy questions.  We are from the desert and have No idea about trees really, so we were very thankful with the patience and information.  The estimate was far more resonable than the others, a Great price really.  They came on time if not a bit early for the job, hustled like crazy thru the entire job, and left the area about as clean as possible for what was done.  We would not only use this service again, but will recommend them highly.

They shwed up on time and did the job.  Had a few mishaps due to it being a very windy day but overall were very proffesional and did a good job.  Came back over a three day period and cleaned up the scraps.  Did all I asked in spite of a dispute with my neighbor.

Team including the owner, Charles, and five others showed up on time, and got right to work. They made quick work of removing the branches as the climber went up the tree. On the way down he cut sections and expertly dropped them to avoid fences. The crew on the ground quickly chipped the branches and load the sections for removal. I would definitely use Charles and his team again.

After many attempts to contact another local tree service company without a single call back we came across Backhome Tree Service and gave them a call.  They came out the same day and gave us a quote to remove 6 giant evergreen trees and to grind the stumps.  Our neighbor also decided they wanted to get their trees along the same fence line removed so we split the cost on a couple of their big trees since they were affecting our property also.  We both got great pricing and had the work done at the same time.  There were a total of about 15 trees removed and stumps ground.  We got a little lower pricing, probably because we let them take our trees with them, than our neighbor because they wanted their wood for camping.  Over all they were on time, professional, got all of the work done in 2 1/2 days and left our yards clean.  I have recommended them to many people I know and even this morning, they are removing a tree at a friends place down the street.  I would highly recommend them for anyone wanting trees removed, stumps ground, or even having some trees cut back.
