attaGreen Lawn Renovation

I had used attaGreen in the past and was very happy with the service so I used them again. With all the rain we have had lately, they were very proactive about communicating delays in service (it has to be dry-ish for the service.) At first I was horrified how the back yard looked but when I looked again, it looks great. There was still a bit of moss around the edge of the grass but I can easily pull it out. I paid to have them rake and bag the thatching (WORTH DOING!!!) and I was a bit shocked to see TWENTY EIGHT big, black garbage bags stacked by my driveway. I then realized I had just paid to have them rake and bag. The large yard waste containers hold 7-8 bags. I actually moved the bags that didn't fit in my yard waste containers onto cement so they wouldn't get muddy in the rain.

Anyway, it looks great. I had all kinds of pine cones and dead grass in the yard and it is nice that it is gone. Super happy with the service. Will not wait so long to do this again!

it went very well. They were efficient and professional. They showed in the morning and were done in no time. I especially liked how they ensure the driveway and sidewalks were cleared before they left.

This was the first time we used them. There was nothing special about the service. I think one item of note was when they bagged the materials they just put it in black plastic bags. So, it was not like a regular yard waste bag so it would have gone to the dump or had to be taken out of the bags to be put in yard waste. So that was kind of a little bit of a troubling issue, but was more due to lack of asking questions in advance and not on their part. There was a separate charge to do the hauling of the debris and we opted not to do that.

Arrived on first day of service week, which was good. I did not see the work done, so I can't comment. We do share a yard with our neighbor. I had asked Attagreen to confirm with me prior that the total area to be done would be 1,000sq ft, which would cover the majority of the front area of both houses. Obviously, they did not read my request as I did not get a confirmation and the crew was only going to do my half (500 sq ft) and charge me for the whole 1,000 sq ft. Fortuntely, someone was home to correct them.
Then the crew member did not calculate the bill correctly. I paid and was reinvoiced for the corrected amount the next day an additional $10. Good busiess would have been for them to write off the $10 as it was their error and a small amount.

I took advantage of one of their seasonal specials and they delivered as advertised. I was just disappointed because the guys who came over treated my lawn as if were something on an assembly line. I felt as if they were in a rush to get the job done so that they could move on to the next lawn in the assembly line.

Everything was handled via email; Quote and Billing. Service was on schedule and as stated.

Responsed to flyer advertizing there services, cost and schedule online. Called back promptly to confirm schedule of work. Work accomplished while I was away from home but done exactly as contracted. Invoice left and I was able to pay using paypal.

The crew arrived exactly on time as promised. They thatched the yard, aerated, and raked up all the debris. I have used them every spring and fall for nearly 5 years, and they have always done a superb job and cleaned up completely.

Based on a neighbors praise I decided to give Attagreen a try. There was a scheduling mix up due to weather that caused a missed delivery date. While I agree with the reschedule due to the weather I was not called and informed of change. Attagreen made up for the miscommunication by contacting me first thing the next business day to make sure my work was done ASAP. After the work was complete the yard looked great. I am looking at using Attagreen for another project soon. I am happy to recongmend them for the quality and price of their work.

Our yard was in horrible shape after a rough winter and Rob has worked diligently to bring it back to health. It is looking good. He is very professional, leaves information on what he's done and what we need to do to keep the yard healthy.
