CATASTROPHIC INSTALLATION FAILURE - ABANDONED JOB WHEN CONFRONTED Hired Ardelean Flooring to install 270 sq ft of hardwood flooring. The floor failed within 4 months due to improper installation. When I removed the buckled boards, I discovered: ? Many boards had NO FASTENERS AT ALL ? Where fasteners existed, spacing was up to 18 inches (industry standard is 6-8 inches) ? Failed to use manufacturer-required glue assist for 4" planks THE ABANDONMENT: After the floor buckled, we scheduled remediation a month in advance. On the scheduled day, he texted that he was at "another project north of Seattle" and would arrive late afternoon. When I confronted him with evidence of the installation failures, he: - First offered to "help make things right" - Then complained about "rude communication" when confronted with not showing up - Finally abandoned the job entirely via text: "At this point, I think it's best you hire the other guy"

They did a great job laying the tile and a few other small projects, but the reason I am rating 4 stars is they never finished the initial project. I paid them before the transition pieces were put in and they have ghosted me since. Said they are busy but its been almost 2 months now. Definitely recommend having them finish before you pay so you don't end with an unfinished project like me.

The project went very good, he went above and beyond and I would hire him again in a second!

Ardelean and Son Contracting did a wonderful job replacing the fascia, soffit, and gutters on my home. He was very quick to reply to my initial request and gave me plenty of options that would fit my needs for the style and materials to use. He was very upfront and constantly communicated what was going on which I was very happy with. It has been raining heavily since the work was completed and everything is holding up great! I would highly recommend them for contracting work and will be reaching out when I am ready to replace my roof.

Very professional, great work, highly recommended. Manny came to see us about our kitchen, and we wanted a new look for our fireplace. Kitchen looks great, and we got an electric fireplace installed with tile all around it. Having dinner parties at our house now is amazing!!!
