All Systems Integrated (ASI)

Technition on-site inspection at which time I provided complete diagrams of existing system, components, connectivity, and did a walkthru of how we wanted system to operate (functionality of each current component). Also expressed concern over weight of TV and my medical weight limitation. ASI technitian told me it was not a problem. Paid 50% down and signed estimate of work, which included caveat of 10 hours labor and $100 for any hours over and promis to deduct for any hours under. Waited nearly 9 months until work was performed. Was tolf Yamaha receiver was delayed due to manufacturing problems. Communicated with owner several times and lastly established everything I needed to have ready when tech arrived. I personaly ran 100' Ethernet cable between router and entertainment system location so tech did not need to spend time doing that, Was informed that moving TV out of way to access all components would be extra charge for 2nd ASI tech. Verbal from initial visit was not documented and thus I had no recource but to hire the TV move myself. Installation and set up of update was not without issues. The computer site the tech required to perform the configuring and wsystem set up was not working. So, the tech left and assured me, the hours spent in frustration with the site would not be charged. Tech returned a few days later and completed the update. The system funtionality was also demonstrated at that time just before he left. Was charged the full 10 hours with nothing reimbursed for the time they wasted trying to work with the problematic computer set up site they use. Additional frustration was that I had provided detail componet infromation to the tech, which I expected him to be knowledgable on prior to his installation activities, and clearly to account for in the bid. He had never dealt with an analog component hook up he said, so, had some problems getting it integrated. After ASI tech left on Friday evening we found the 7.1 speaker system was not balanced for our enjoyment. Communicated next Monday to owner, received reply bak late on Tuesday... They could only come back if I paid their van-out fee and the hourly rate for on site time, as my 10 hours in the bid was used up! If you contract with ASI for work... -Get everything said in writing -Make sure the system operates exactly as you want which might be different than their "standard set-up" before making the final payment

The service went fine. They were prompt to respond to any questions or concerns.

ASI came out and install a 5.1 home theater system in my Bonuse Room. I provided all equipments, price was for labor. Came promptly at 8am an was done at 3:30pm. Clean install, looks great, good price. Would definitely use them again
