THE EXPERIENCE AND JOB WAS MEDIOCRE. THEY DIDN'T DO A FANTASTIC JOB BUT IT WAS OKAY. TOOK LONGER THAN I HAD EXPECTED TO FINISH ALL THE WORK THAT WAS PLANNED.

MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE WITH CHEM-DRY WAS GOOD. THEY DID A GOOD JOB IN REMOVING SOILED PLACES IN MY CARPET. THEY EVEN STATED THAT THEY WOULD EVEN COME BACK IF THE STAINS REAPPEARED WITH IN 30 DAYS.
