I contracted Ages for a drainage problem on my property and having a Geo Tech analysis done with recommendations. Bernie came out to dig test holes. The contract said I would get a report within one to two weeks. Two weeks go by – nothing. Three weeks go by – nothing, I call and leave message, no call back. I email, no response. At the one month mark I call and leave a message, no response to my message. I email, finally get a response that they are behind because of “other” projects, and it will be another one to two weeks. Two more weeks go by – nothing. We approach the two-month mark, I call and leave a message– no response. Two-month mark passes, and I email that I am going to go with another company. Get a response that Bernie is working on the report. Finally get the report and it is missing two sections that Bernie said would be in there. Was supposed to include a section for the cause and include recommendations for the crawl space flooding and also, he warned me dirt could be moving underground from the water and he’d have a section that included things I’d need to look out for which was not included. I email that I am meeting with a contractor in a couple of weeks and ask about the missing sections as well as clarification on the recommendations section. Get a response that Bernie will be addressing my questions. Never heard back from them. If you have a big commercial project you may get a better experience but as a Home Owner with a $2,500 project you will be their absolute lowest priority.
