Ace Construction Roof Pros

Of the five companies who came out to estimate cost, Bruce was by far the most thorough. He was able to find and repair both leaks in a timely fashion and replace broken shingles with a very close color match. Other companies tried to talk us into much more expensive (and unnecessary) work. When we need to have a new roof installed in 3-4 years, we will definitely ask Bruce to come back.

It was on the Friday before Christmas. Our downstairs bathroom was flooding due to the roof leak. And it was also 5.40pm. We realized that we had little chance of finding anyone to come out at this hour and with Christmas about to happen, so we contacted three likely names from Angie’s List. In actual fact, all three companies contacted us within the hour. Two wanted to know more about the problem, and one, Ace Construction said he was on his way home from a job and that he would call in even though it was past 6.30pm by this time. Bruce Cho turned out to be a Korean Gentleman who had settled here in Washington State some years prior and he proved to be a wizard at his job. He brought a pair of ladders from his van, propped them up outside in the rain. He diagnosed the fault and fixed it there and then. All done in less than 30 minutes. We paid him and he left after telling us to contact him if the leak returned. Suffice to say, it did not.My wife and I are absolutely thrilled with Mr. Cho!

They did a great job, used good materials and good workmanship. I would recommend them and use them, again. It was nice that they would come back and fix anything that wasn't right.

He came right out, put up a blue tarp, gave me an estimate, and fixed it. Very fast, prompt, courteous, and knew exactly what he was doing.

I simply cannot say enough wonderful things about this company! From Price, Quality, Resposiveness, Punctuality and Professionalism they will blow you and any other company away. You have got to bring them out for a bid...

They are an OK company. I am still waiting for them to come out to finish my gutters.

I called five companies, telling them that I would be available for two days for estimates. He was the first one to call back and came out that evening and did an estimate. He brought samples of the materials. He came out the next morning at 8 am, which was my selection. He was very well dressed. He came with documentation on all of his workers, showing that they were legal and covered. He came with all of the documentation pertaining to licensing, referrals, as well as BBB ratings. He went through the whole folder and documents with me. He has been in the business for 18 years. He had, had three pages of references, which I was free to call them. They were all in my local area. That evening, he emailed me his proposal for the roof, skylights, and gutters. I waited until I got all of my bids. I had to go back and forth with some because they wouldn't tell me the brand names of the skylights. I had to research the roofing products. It took me a week to make the decisions. I felt comfortable after checking all of the references as well as their licensing information. They showed up ahead of time and went right to work. They didn't need to take the old roof off, but they did. They applied things to my roof better than the original. I researched how to apply the roofing material like I was doing it myself, and they applied everything to my specifications. Bruce, who is the owner, was explaining how everything worked while I was inspecting everything. Bruce is a very meticulous person, and takes pride in his work. They replaced all of my vents to match the color of the roof. They haul everything out when they are done, and everything was immaculately clean. They replaced the skylights and the gutters, and hauled them away as well.
