A Consistent Cleaning Experience

Paid over $500 for a "deep-clean" and was met with a huge disappointment. They offer a 24-hour cleaning guarantee... Why would they need that as an option, knowing they can't do it first time around? I had to rearrange my work schedule to be able to open the door for them, and with 3 toddlers working outside of the home, I had to strategically plan this cleaning. This is not my first housecleaning, but is my first and last to use this company. By agreeing to a contract with a list of expectations that was signed and agreed to is normal to assume those items would be cleaned. The definition of a "deep-clean" must not have the same meaning for all. I reached out to Trina before posting this to see if refunds are possible as the service didn't not meet expectations. I should have been charged a basic cleaning for what I received. It was a hefty price for a "deep-clean" and I thought I would end up with an almost-open-house-ready home. This is the list of services promised and the highlights of what was missed, along with a handful of many pictures. My twins' bed with piles on top, mirror not wiped down, the side of drawers, top of fridge not touched, streaks in the toilet... The list goes on with pictures to match.

Oh. My. Lord! Never in the 34 years I have been in my house has it ever been THIS CLEAN at one time. I am a perfectionist okay OCD when it comes to my house, and they met every one of my tough standards- thorough, hard-working, open and willing to my requests and do-overs but please-use-this’s, and oh! the attention to detail. I woke up this morning to the most heavenly smell of total clean. Am hiring for regular twice-monthly cleanings. Worth EVERY penny! Thank you ACCE.
