We're relatively new to Puyallup and were seeking a repair facility close to home. Chose 15th Street Automotive based partly on reviews and partly on location. It's rare that I get greeted with such warmth when I enter a repair shop. Carrie was genuinely warm and friendly. I explained what I thought the problem might be (I was very wrong) and dropped the car off the next morning. Received a call not long after that asking me to try to define the problem further (I couldn't) and Carrie told me no worries, they'll take care of it. She called later and said they had located the problem, could fix it and also made one recommendation which I not only appreciated, but had them perform as well. Work was performed, car works ever so much better. Car was kept clean. Honestly, I couldn't ask for more from a repair garage. Quick, efficient and competent. We'll go back....

Our daughter drives an old truck which was in bad shape and needed repairs she could not afford.  She lives in Washington and we are in Arizona.  We went to Angie's list to find someone in her area with good reviews etc.  Our daughter took the truck in and they analyzed the truck's problems.  Then gave a quote for the costs of repairs.  We made an appointment and had the work done.

We are very satisfied with their service and will use them in the future.

I had taken my car to another garage a month prior because it was running rough and needed an oil change. The other garage was unable to diagnose the problem but recommended new spark plugs, new air filter, and new cabin air filter. So $366 later, I had an oil change and a still rough running car. Shortly after, my check engine light came on, so I decided to take it to Carrie and her folks at 15th Street Automotive. I jokingly told her if they couldn't diagnose it to keep it until they could. They promptly diagnosed it correctly, so I authorized the repairs. They are professional, prompt, polite, and were able to make my car run better than I ever knew it could. I am one very satisfied customer and would recommend them very highly.

I've been worried about taking my Escape in for brake work due to not knowing any good shops around. I saw the reviews this morning, made a call, and had a vehicle ready to go this afternoon. Very clean shop, very helpful and professional staff. Nice to know I have a place I can count on. Being a foster parent and see them supporting Sleep Country's Foster Care Backpack program was a plus.

My son's car, which he truly loves (1990 Honda Accord) needed a tuneup and a radiator flush. We took the car to a new place (not on Angie's List) service was done, he was very disappointed. We found out that after the radiator flush, the radiator was leaking and needed to be replaced and that the oil gasket had not been properly installed and was spewing oil on the spark plugs. I searched on Angie's list and found 15th Street Automotive and read the great reviews. We took a chance and took his car there. They took the time to show him what went wrong and replaced his radiator, replaced the oil gasket and cleaned the engine. They also noted that his muffler needed to be replaced. After all of this work, his car runs like new and he is very pleased with the service and quality of work that they performed. Thanks again Angie's List, I should have used you to begin with. We all learned a great lesson and now have a great shop to take all of our cars too.

Service was punctual, complete and reasonably priced. They alskeep us posted on what work may be done in the future.o

I buy coupons from them and I use that. They are very quick to service our vehicle. They have fast service. They will fit us in if we have an emergency. They are great at referring out for any other auto body thing we need. If we need auto glass or something else, they have a list of referrals. I just think that they are a great shop. They are friendly and efficient. Their pricing is average. I am due for an oil change.

 They got a good chuckle when they went to check the battery and discovered that the previous owner had put in a Lawn Mower battery instead of a Toyota battery. That would explain why our little car was showing signs of struggle.  Now it purrs like a kitten.  Thanks guys, you're the best.  Our overall experience was flawless!

They are prompt in getting us in, never fail to call us with their findings and recommendations.  They also call us immediately when the vehicle is finished being services.  They have helped us to keep a 1995 automobile on the road and running well.

I called a few days prior and asked for an appointment on Jan. 2 to check a rumbling noise in the front end of my 2002 Subaru Outback.  I suspected the front wheel bearing but I didn't mention this when I called.  The woman who handled the call was bright and pleasant and made the appointment.  She was very friendly and professional.  I took the car in on Jan. 2, work was completed the same day and my suspicion as to the bearing was validated.  I was also told that the ball joint on that wheel was bad and had been replaced.  Tires were rotated as per my request.  I was quite pleased with their professionalism, friendliness, cleanliness and speed.  I was even more pleased to find the actual cost came in about $200 less than the estimate.  Under the "quality" category above I chose N/A because I really won't know the quality until I have driven the car for awhile.

We have been going to them for years. They had the work done on time. The quality of their work was a good. They have done the odd request for me as well. Their estimates are right on the money and they stick with them. They also communicate well.
