This company had a great introduction and was able to provide a great facade of how they conducted business. In actuality, the services they stated that they would manage and provide never materialized. Then they never responded to repairs or basic needs that they stated they promised to perform. Once entering into the contract they became the proverbial managers from h***. The contract was written heads they win and tails you lose, in fact later, we found out that the contract was illegal by Washington laws. Overall the company was consistently apathetic and rude and did not conform to the state of Washington?s landlord tenant laws. Rarely did they ever contact us back about problems; however they were more than willing to charge late fees even if we were 1 hour late. The most galling part of the whole company was when we terminated our lease, they charged us our security deposit for their apathy to fix problems that we reported earlier? It was a relief once we got done with this company. I wouldn?t be surprised if this company commits fraud, since I did notice they had an F rating with the better business bureau. I only wish that angie?s list was around earlier to warn others about this problematic company.
