Description of Work: The clutch went out on our truck. We called early Monday morning and they were able to get us right in. It is a big job so we were expecting to get it back Tuesday as they had to order a clutch kit for it. Tuesday, they realized that the needed another part for it and told me it would be finished by noon on Wed. Wed. afternoon about 3:00 P.M., when we called about it, they said that the fly wheel pins did not come in the clutch kit so they had to order those and it should be done by Thursday. That remains to be seen but what normally should have been a 2 day repair has now turned into 4 and with 3 drivers and 1 car at our house, it is hard to work with the longer we only have 1 vehicle. I will say that we have used them before to our satisfaction but this incident has soured us on ever using them again. |

 + -1 moreI cancelled my order and went to 4-Star in Colfax and purchased new tires and had them installed the same day at a designated time. I will not go back to Evergreen since they now have new management who only care about dollars!
Description of Work: Ordered New Tires for car. They never called to let me know they were in. Then when I called them, they said it would be several days before they could get around to installing them, and I would need to leave my car for the entire day.
