Cindy Mencavage. Paul has proven he is very knowlegdeable. Has answered all my quetions. Took what I thought I wanted, found the legal limitations and WE worked out anlternative plan. He made a recomendation on a book I could read that would help me better understand how we could do. This made the necessary changes very easy to come up with. I was able to follow what he was suggesting and I could see other things we could do. I think that we will have a very workable plan shortly. We are working together in approaching contractors, which make me feel ashole lot better than going into this process cold. He has contacted some of the contractors recommended by ServiceMagic.
