Jose of New Image is very creative and he has a good graft of what it is that you want to have done. He is dealing with a sprinkler system at my daughters house and the system is not one that you can get parts at Lowe's but he got the parts for us. He is very resourceful and he looks for things all over. He is very good at what he does and I hope that he succeeds because he has great work ethics. He works very very hard.He had a job that kept him busy during the day and he would work for us when he was not working for them and he would work numerous hours. He is quick to see things and he is quick to learn. I trust him totally and my daughter and son in law have a home but they haven't been at home because they are in Japan but Hose is my go to person and he takes care of things and does a very good job. He doesn't mow for us because we have someone who we hired when we moved here and Hose understands completely that we would not take the job away from that person. We see him about 3-4 times a year to power wash our patio and driveway which is in the shade and it needs to be blasted off. His rates are very reasonable and we probably spend around USD 300 a month and it depends on what we have him do. He is young and there are somethings he needs to learn and he will do the job, you don't need to keep on pushing him to do it but sometimes he does half the work and will come back to finish it which works for us but may not work for everybody. I would recommend him to everybody. He has the right things to be a successful businessman because he wants people to be happy.
