There is nothing he can't do. He has done things in our home as well. We are ready to hire him again for living room skylights.

I decided to replace the railing around my stairs with half walls.  I hired Kevin because he seemed to be a very polite, laid-back guy with a lot of experience in building.  I appreciated his knowledge of the building code.  He worked with a carpenter who was also a nice guy.  They framed the walls, dry walled and textured.  They build wood caps for the tops of the walls and hand rails.  They also framed and dry walled around a fireplace remodel I was working on.  His price includes all materials.  Kevin did a particularly nice job finishing and texturing the drywall.  I had to hire a painter to paint, which was fine.  The thing I like most about Kevin is his personality.  I can get nervous during a remodel, but he was always patient, calm, and reasonable.

KT Construction was referred to me by my son's mother n' law. He is the type of contractor that can do lot's of different things. He is very honest and skilled. He doesn't try to do everything. He will call in sub-contractors. He called someone in to do the tile work when he re-did my bathroom. He can do plumbing and things like that if it isn't too much. I had him do lot's of different repairs around here. He repaired my fence and fireplace trim. He fixed and re-painted the trim, and you can't even tell it was ever damaged. His business is small. He is very good. He has done so many different things for me. He is a nice person to know.
