They do very quality work, but I wouldn't use them again because for every change you make they have huge expenses for minor changes. The quality was good. We had some issues where they didn't do some things right, they wouldn't return calls or come back- nothing. They were way over budget. We had little changes. The design was all done and they gave us the estimate based on it, but after they started the work then they would come to us and say they couldn't do it this way, we need to change it to this way. We'd say ok then it'd be a $500 change fee on top of the labor. THey wouldn't budge on it and they said if we refused to pay they would take a lean out on our home. The work was good but we had to pay a lot of expensive change orders, they were change orders that they said we can do it the way we wanted it done, yet they bid on it that way. They would tell us how they thought it should be done, then we'd agree and they'd ding us with another change order fee. There were also problems at the end, some of the grout was cracking and needed repaired, but they wouldn't return calls. There was excess stone cut that they weren't going to use on the project and they just left it here. They left pallets that the stone came on and they never returned our calls to come and get it. Overall, the stone they put in was very good and looks very nice.
