Work was to begin on June 8 and was scheduled to take 4 days to complete. Day 1 - Two workers arrived at 9:30 a.m. to start the job. Considering that we live only 1/2 hour drive from their location, I had expected that they would have been here earlier. They worked only until 3 pm. At 2:30 another worker showed up to our location, but it was apparent that he was not in the mood to work. Not impressed with day 1. Day 2 the workmen showed up at 9 a.m. but again left at 3 p.m. Breaks seemed to be quite lengthy. Day 3 , I asked why they didn't have more people working on the job. It would have made sense to me to get the job completed in a more timely fashion as it was a major inconvenience to us to have workers in and out for partial days. We would have much preferred to have had more installers, working an eight hour day to get the job done.  Rather than the four days it was supposed to take they were here for five days.
When taking out the old glass from our wood frame windows they reused the plastic trim around the glass on many of the windows.  (We have noted that some of it is cracked.) I was told by the person doing the estimate that they would use all new materials. I was also told that they would clean all of the windows as they went along. This was not at all true. I had to wash all of the windows and even had to clean putty off of some of them after they were 'done'.
We also had to have a panel of leaded glass from our front door replaced. When they installed the new glass I could see that the interior of the glass had not been cleaned and was quite smudged. They agreed and took the panel back to their shop to have it redone. That was on June 15th.  In the past month I have called three times to find out what the status was on this panel. I was told that they don't have the staff to complete the job and I would have to wait. I would not recommend to anyone to use this company. The price was reasonable but their scheduler didn't seem to understand what was expected out on the job site and lacks professionalism when dealing with clients. It was also apparent that the installers are not happy with management of the company.

THIS COMPANY TOOK ABOUT TWO WEEKS FROM DATE OF ORDER TO INSTALLATION. INSTALLATION PERSONNEL WERE VERY CONSIDERATE (WORE CLOTH BOOTS TO NOT SOIL CARPETS. WORKMANSHIP WAS EXCELLENT.

I THOUGHT THAT SUZANNE WHO WAS WORKING THE FRONT DESK WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND PERSONABLE. THE RECEPTION AREA OF THE SHOP WAS COMFORTABLE WITH LOTS OF DIFFERENT WINDOW AND GLASS STYLES TO LOOK AT. I DID HOWEVER THINK THAT FOUR DOLLARS WAS A BIT MUCH JUST TO CUT MY OWN PIECE OF GLASS INTO A 5X7 PIECE.
