I had a bad experience with them. The cleaners came twice. The initial cleaning which was supposed to be more in-depth, I was quoted a price of less than $200. It turned out to be $238. I went ahead and paid it. For the August 15th, I was told that if it would be a routine monthly cleaning, it would be less than $120 a month. They came and did the cleaning. I got the bill for $170. That's significantly higher than the estimate was. Definitely,the pricing was much higher than the estimate. The owner did come out and looked at my house. He asked what needed to be done. I asked for nothing additional. I do have to say that the two cleaners were absolutely wonderful. I can't fault them at all. The cleaning was great. What I can fault is that the owner didn't seem to communicate with the cleaners with what times I have requested. I specifically requested the afternoon for regular cleaning and for the initial in-depth cleaning. They completely ignored it even if he wrote it down when he came out to do the estimate. The cleaners came out 9:30 in the morning. It was just my luck that we were home. For the August cleaning, I reminded them once again that I wanted the afternoon. They said yes. I asked if we can give them a time frame. They said yes and that they'll be here by noon. I waited and they showed up at quarter to four. It was kind of the last draw for me. I thought long and hard about it. The cleaners were so good both times. The management could do better with communicating with their workers regarding arrival time. The cleaning service was great. Scheduling was really, really bad. The workers were great.

The initial contact with the company went very well. The cleaners showed up a couple hours late, but went right to work. They spent around seven hours hand cleaning our house and did an adequate job. Nothing really special. We still had to hire another company to clean the carpets costing another couple hundred dollars).
  Overall, they did a fair job, just not as thorough as we expected for the price.
 

Lupe came the first time and had to spend quite a bit of time getting the initial cleaning done. She not only does a wonderful job (how DOES she get the stovetop so clean??) but leaves wonderful little touches behind that let's me know she cares about us and the job she does. She comes weekly now and I couldn't be happier.

The cost was less per cleaning when they first started cleaning our house about six months ago and they did an okay job. Since then, they have raised the price and have done a terrible job. They also do not call before they come.

OVERALL, THEY DID A GOOD JOB BUT THEY DID NOT CLEAN THE STOVE. THEY DID THE OVEN BUT NOT THE STOVE. THERE WERE SEVERAL OTHER PLACES I HAD TO GO BEHIND THEM AND DO SOME CLEANING. THE PEOPLE WERE FINE.
