Cleanliness

They come every month, on time, and are pleasant to work with. The house looks great each time they come (once a month). The cleaning team only speak a few words of English, but I am in contact with Olga by e-mail and she can be our communications. I may learn a few words of Russian, yet!

The service was excellent. I was able to obtain an appointment with short notice. A very pleasant and professional person appeared exactly on time and went to work immediately. She worked continuously for four hours and finished everything I needed. I look forward to working with her again and would strongly recommend her.

The service was good. The two ladies who showed up were nice and thorough. I will use them again!

Ms. Astankovich did not disappoint ;she left the house spotless and cleaner than it has ever been in the 14 years since I purchased the home. My husband had an office on the lower level, which Ms.Astankovich was instructed to NEVER clean. Needless to say; after 6.5 years of no cleaning, the crew had to spend extra time and attention getting the office and adjoining bathroom clean. Ms.Astankovich was very matter of fact and never judgmental about the condition of my home. She is the consummate professional and always striving to accommodate her clients.

Has been going very well for many years. Quality, reliable service (like clockwork) same day, same time. Cleanliness has had a key to my home for all the years they have been providing service and there has never been an issue with door locks or security. Trustworthy.

Wow! I scheduled a 3 hour house cleaning appointment. The lady was on time and first asked me what I wanted done. I had 2 bathrooms and a Kitchen that needed cleaning. I hardly recognize my home. Everything was better than I expected. Thank you Olga for an amazing assistant!

Pet friendly safe cleaning, brought own supplies. I bought 3 hrs, senior discount (a big plus). My floors SHINE, wood & porcelain, carpeted stairs. Everything SHINES. Started working instantly after showing her my big house. I was afraid she wouldn't be able to do in the allotted time. No problem. Hard worker. Going to have her come back each month. I used to have another cleaner come in, no discount, used my supplies and paid more, but didn't do such a detailed clean, my light switches are clean!!!!!

I have been using their services for quite some time and feel that they do an excellent job. I have used other companies in the past, some of which may have done a slightly better job, however, they were also way more expensive. I feel that Cleanliness is priced right. In fact, because of the excellent prices, I have been able to go from bi-weekly cleanings to having my home cleaned each week. This has made a tremendous impact on my home and keeps it in excellent shape.

Best cleaning ever. We are seniors, so got the discount with their coupon. Girl never took a break, used safe products. Floors shine and we have a big house, she got everything done that I needed done and more.

Wonderful as always. Arrives on time and does an excellent job. She is very accommodating of kid, pets, and delivery people coming & going. We also really appreciate the great communication with the owner including a reminder the day before! We've been using this service for over six years and would absolutely recommend it to anyone.

Ever since I began using Cleanliness, I've been happily surprised at the level of service. They are punctual, friendly, thorough, and professional. I can't recommend them highly enough. And their prices are more than reasonable. These guys are truly one of life's happy experiences.

Olga was on time and started within a week. She is going to come twice a month for us, also we are hiring her for a final move out clean. She is very reasonable, I had a cleaning lady for several years but wasn't reliable. My previous cleaning lady I had for 15 years, she increased her rates to over $200 and didn't even show up! She didn't charge an arm and leg and even found things my previous lady didn't find.

I gave Elena a quick house tour and told her that the shower is old, and I've tried everything, and the stains won't come out, so not to worry about it.  She started there first, and it came out looking like new!  Unbelievable.   The wood floors look better than they ever have, and all of the jobs that I never seem to get around to doing are done.  Elena is very pleasant to be around, It was easy to schedule an appointment, and the communication is great.  Best decision I've made in awhile, and I couldn't be happier.

I am very happy with Olga who owns the company and her employee Elena who came to clean my house. They are both very friendly and Elena is extremely thorough. I was very happy with her work and how well I have been treated by both Elena and Olga. I am so thankful to have found them!

Olga was very responsive and competitively priced as usual for our extra deep spring cleaning. Her people have always done exceptional work and this time was no exception. Olga is easy to reach as she always returns calls and uses text messaging as well. We are very happy with her cleaning service and plan to use them again.
