 + -1 moreVERY PROFESSIONAL. VERY THOROUGH KNOWLEDGE OF WHAT WAS WRONG AND WHAT TO DO. WAS ABLE TO FIX WITH A NEW HARDRIVE, BUT ALSO TOLD US OF SOME OTHER PROBLEMS WITH THE TOWER THAT LET US KNOW THAT WE NEED TO REPLACE OUR COMPUTER SOON.
Description of Work: TRIED TO RECOVER DATA AND REINSTALL FROM HARDRIVE. HARD DRIVE FAILED. INSTALLED AND RELOADED PROGRAMS ONTO NEW HARDRIVE.
