Work was performed professionally. Cost was based on time and materials and was close to the verbal "guesstimate". I am a repeat customer and will probably contact them for any future electrical work.

They answered all questions, were here on time, took great care around all the tools and existing shelves and such, worked efficiently. Very happy with the work.

Excellent work.
Very Fast

They were great to work with. Bird Electric was recommended to us by the Handyman who was working on some projects with us, and we were completely satisfied with their work, They were friendly, professional, and took care of all of the details for us. We were running the electrical lines to a different part of the property in order to put in a hot tub, and this required trenching and paperwork - they took care of all of it, and even left the grass in great condition after the trenching. I couldn't have been happier with their work. And when the pump in the water fixture stopped working again about a week after install, they came by right away to troubleshoot and get it working again... we haven't had any issues since.

They came out right away and did an estimate.
Electrician arrived on schedule the same week.
Lines were installed in about two days, the first day they didn't have all the equipment needed,.Installer did not complete the specified number of phone connections as we asked for in estimate.
Lights were finished in about a month since they had to order light fixtures, so that was an excessive amount of time to wait for completion of job.
This job should have been completed in one day but it dragged out to three different days because they were not prepared to do the job completely.

Update 11/4/2014
Six months later we found that the wires were improperly installed in crawl space.

Young man gave estimate and installed wrong cord covers. Manager came to our house and apologized, cut the price in half.

I was real happy with Bird Electric. I have lived in this area for like 30 years and I had personal knowledge of them. They were very courteous, professional, and prompt. I would be very happy to deal with them on a job in the future.

Call back to set up service was prompt, they were able to come out the same day! Call was made to discuss problems and the fix for all. Repairs were made, but the electrician had no idea how much the service would be at the time of repair stating that the company would bill me on the following Monday. I had no idea how much it would cost for 1.5 hours worth of work but found the repair bill not too expensive. Just didn't like not knowing how much the repair would be prior to the repair.

We had one problem, and they came right out and fixed it.

I did not directly order them, but I did watch the work. If there was a guy there that did not do what I wanted than they would listen to me and fix it. I did not have any trouble with this company, and they were fine.

The were really good, they were timely and the prices were not too bad. I didn't feel like I was getting ripped off by them. The workers know what they were doing and they were very professional about the whole thing. It was a good experience.
