Very well. They called before they came, arrived a day early due to a cancellation, had the needed replacement computer circuit board board their truck, installed same and refer/freezer has been working correctly for over a month now. We discussed prices before installation and weighed if we should repair or replace due to age of appliance. Repairs completed in one trip. We will use again. Price for service call, part and installation was less than $550.00.

He knew he would have to wait on a part so he would jerry-rig my ice maker in the meantime and I had ice in moments. He was great.

When my Kitchenaid oven had a mechanical failure I went to Bill's a first time to order the replacement part in advance, the problem was easy to identify, and then a week later after the part had arrived a second time to order ther repair service.
When the service man finally arrived, he was in a hurried and testy state. After about an hour of frustrated work, he declared that the oven had to go to the shop to be repaired. That is where it stayed for two weeks. It should have been an easy one to one replacement job.
I will probably never buy a Kitchenaid oven again due to thier poor service design. In the future I will probably also try a different repair business in order to find out if someone can provide a better service. All in all they are not bad, I am just wondering if there are better around.

I WOULD CALL THEM AGAIN. THEY DID A GREAT JOB AND THE REPORT CARD SHOULD SERVE AS AN INDICATION.
