Excellent work in all areas. Great quality of work, attention to detail, and talented in multiple areas. Knows what materials are needed and connects you with resources to obtain those materials...such as tile, shower floor pans, etc. Can do small and large jobs as well as full on re-model. Would highly recommend.

Reliable, timely, great communication and follow-up. I appreciate how David starts on the day he has he'll start and comes every day until the job is finished. With the initial bathroom remodels, David was flexible when UPS broke one of the fixtures and we had to wait for a new one to be shipped. He also was very diligent having the plumber come back more than once to re-align the show pan to eliminate the squeak. After the successful completion of the bathroom re-models, I've hired David for several smaller jobs e.g. installing ceiling fans in all the bedrooms, patching drywall after I replaced Cadet wall heaters; replacing window sills with drywall. I appreciate his willingness to take on these smaller jobs with the same reliability and timeliness as the larger ones he has done.

I would use Ascent Home Repair for everything. Professional, quality work. He came in, got right to work and did a fantastic job. Besides replacing most of the railing on my deck, I had him do several other unrelated jobs/fixes around my house. He was quick, easy to work with and the price was great. An older home with myriad issues... Ascent took care of all the dry rotted timbers holding in huge single-pane windows. It was a ticklish procedure that came through beautifully.

David is great! He did a great job on some simple but much-needed work. He is very friendly,professional, on time , and is fair and reasonably priced. We will Definitely use him again future.

David did a superb job in all respects. I built my house from the ground up with many contractors and I never found one that equaled David. He was out the next day after calling for an estimate on roof and siding repair and emailed his quote to me by the next morning. His quoted price was the lowest of the four bids I received and I don't normally go with the lowest bid because I'd found that the lowest bid isn't always the best way to go. In this cause I'm glad my gut told me after meeting David that he was the man for the job.
David told me he'd be here at 9 am two days after me telling him he had the job. He was here at 9 am just as promised. He worked all day and finished all but the roof shingles because the shingle colors didn't match well enough and said he be back the next morning with new shingles to finish the repairs, and he was.
While David was working we discussed the fact that the roof need cleaning so I asked for a price to do so and he quoted a good price and then I asked if he could pressure wash the entire house and he said he could and gave a price I was comfortable with for that also. He completed all the second day he was here.
I was so impressed with his work that I had another person that needs work done to her place come by and talk with him about what she needs done. Plus I have already made plans for other projects that he said he'd do. I don't believe anyone would be disappointed by using Ascent Home Repair. I have added him to my speed dial.

The two story wooden chimney chase on my house had water damage.  David did an excellent job.  The work was completed in the time frame estimated and the cost was reasonable compared to other bids..  I appreciate David's responsiveness and I would definitely use Ascent Home Repair again.

These project went well.  David showed up on time for our first appointment, gave us an estimate on our projects in a timely manner and gave us alternative ideas for projects that were more costly than we wanted to spend.  He and his employee showed up when he said they would and completed all projects within the time frame I gave.  After having used a contractor who would show up for a few minutes every week and stretched a project that was suppose to take 3 weeks over 3 months, I was so thankful.  I will use Ascent Home Repair again!

He responded quickly and was able to start the job right away.  He finished in a few hours and cleaned his work area.  Very friendly and professional.

The repairs went well. David was punctual and professional. He kept his work area very clean. David quickly responded to my punchlist items. One thing that stood out was how he managed an issue with the plumber that adjusted the shower valve. The shower valve location wasn't correct and so the plumber came back out. The plumber repaired the issue but wanted to be paid again for not doing the work correctly in the first place. David managed the issue and we were done. The only thing that wasn't ideal was when my husband came home after vacation and found a layer of dust over everything. It came from the drywall sanding. He had to clean it all up. All that said we will hire David again for more work.

It went smooth. When the window supplier had delayed shipping the window David kept me informed. As soon as the window arrived they were out here the very next day finishing the siding and window installation with trim.

The crew showed up on time, were very professional and courteous.  They got right to work and did a wonderful job.  They were very clean, picking up after themselves as they went. They even made sure that my planters were moved so that they wouldn't be damaged accidentally.  We now have a new roof and there will not be a need to climb up there several times a year to shovel or sweep off the flat roof and it looks great!

David with Ascent responded right away to our request for a bid to replace our rotting deck. Once the materials arrived from the lumber yard he went straight to work and had it done in essentially three days. It's beautiful and we love it!
