Ken showed up a few minutes early and did a fantastic job rekeying our new home. He is personable, professional, and proactively fixed a door fitment problem he noticed. Real nice job at a great price, would recommend Abracadabra without hesitation.

Ken did an outstanding job. He was punctual, spent time with us scoping out the work, and provided a rough estimate of costs. We gave him the go ahead and he spent nearly two days on the job (we added some additional work after he started). To save money, we sourced some of the hardware which he then installed. He was a pleasure to work with and we would highly recommend him to others.

Extremely well. Showed up slightly early. We discussed the work. He quietly went about his business. The keys work much smoother in the locks than any keys I have purchased in hardware stores.

I contacted for service re keying locks on our new home. We are
currently out of state so have to trust that service is being performed.
The locksmith contacted me with all questions before doing any of the
work, made suggestions and resolved all the locks at a fair price and
did quality work according to our contractor. He was on time and
thorough. I would absolutely use them in the future!

Well. He showed up, did the work in an hour so. Very professional. The keys worked much more smoothly than the keys for the old locks that were duplicated at a local hardware store.

We had a great experience with Abracadabra. The locksmith arrived right on time and within a couple of hours had installed a new front doorknob and deadbolt, garage doorknob and deadbolt and rekeyed all the locks to one key. It couldn't have been easier. We will definitely use them again.

We were given 1 key for our new house and needed to rekey every door in the main building, plus install a lockset in the garage. Like many things with this house, the locks were in a state of disarray. Abracadabra spent nearly 4 hours at our house, keying all locks to one key, installing new knob lock and deadbolt on the rear door and installing a new lock for the garage. They needed to pick 2 of the locks in order to re-key them due to missing keys. They did a terrific job, and everything works perfectly now. They went above and beyond in fixing our finicky Emtek deadbolt. It was out of alignment, and nothing would bring it back to true. In the end, they cut an extension tube and fitted it between the door and keyhole. We no longer need to finesse the door to make the deadbolt engage properly.

They were very good and very nice. He literally came about 9:00 on Christmas Eve night to help us. He came when we called; he came through the snow and ice. They were reasonably priced. They did their work and that was it: quick and to the point. They didn't charge us extra for coming out.
