Surelook Homes. Inc., was formed in 2004 by Gary Fetterplace. He has nearly 20 years of experience in the building services engineering maintenance industry in the UK. Gary now brings extensive knowledge of building systems to the home inspection industry in the USA. SureLook Homes has become a home inspection leader with in its market place with growth from 100 paid inspections in the first year to over 250 in its third year. In addition, new construction progress inspections during the first two years accounted for a further 200 bank inspections.
