The main realtor I worked with was Michelle Sandoval, but all the staff were cordial, helpful, patient, and lovely to work with. MIchelle was very professional, on target with meeting my needs, and extremely helpful in getting a mortgage officer I could work with and other professionals who inspected my house and helped me with repairs.
I looked at 57 houses in all, and Michelle was with me on most of these, while others I just drove myself to check out neighborhoods. She listened to my dream of getting a home in the Pacific Northwest...we are moving across country from deep south Georgia.
She was patient with my questions and trying to find just the right fit for me and my family. She was thorough in helping me negotiate for a lower price and keeping up with all the paperwork and tons of paperwork that goes into getting a new home.
Even after the sale was closed and I was in the house, she continued to help me resolve questions and problems - even paying for a plumber to locate and turn on water to the outside area for me.
I can't say enough good things about this wonderful company and professional person.
